TSX Market on Close (MOC) Modernization
Our panel will discuss TSX’s revamped MOC facility which was launched on October 18, 2021. MOC is one of the cornerstones of any modern marketplace infrastructure and helps coordinate liquidity formation in the closing session to allow market participants to buy or sell securities at the closing price. This is one of the most widely used benchmarks in the industry and sets the fair value of a security at the end of a trading session.
